The Holt Allotment Society Allotments are situated just off Mill Street in Holt. The land still holds the name of ‘The Holt Discharged Soldiers And Sailors Federation Allotments Society’.  This was set up after the 1914-18 war to provide plots of land for servicemen returning to Holt.  It is also affiliated to the National Society of Allotment and Leisure Gardeners.
